She Worked Hard for Her Money

My Vintage Vogue was kind and gave me a little bit more information on my doppleganger. She said that my look-a-like modeled mostly juniors fashion and appeared in a lot of Seventeen magazines as well as a few ads in Vogue and Bazaar. I have two Seventeen magazines and one Vogue. So as soon as I got home, I checked to see if I could find her. Sure enough, there she was! I found her in my September 1952 Seventeen magazine in a couple ads. And, then she was in one ad in the December 1954 Vogue edition. Please excuse the photos. I didn't scan them this time. I took a picture with my phone.

I found a way to contact Harper's Bazaar and hope they get back to me with her name. Then I can start researching her life. Stay tuned to see what I find.

(I am now curious about this perfume. Does anyone know what it smelled like?)
